Mindfulness Based Relapse Prevention "MBRP"
The MBRP approach integrates Mindfulness Meditation Practices with Cognitive Behavioral Counseling Strategies. MBRP uses empirically supported (proven by research) methods from Dr. Allen Marlatt's Relapse Prevention (RPT), Jony Kabat Zinn's Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Zindel & Daniel Segal's Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT).
